Fitted with a striking pink facade, the Kings Cross R7 is a 10-storey mixed-use building which features an open space public lobby with a cinema on the lower floors. The 155,000 square feet building has access to external space from every floor, as well as achieving the BREEAM 'Outstanding' award.
