University of Cambridge - Metallurgy Building

University of Cambridge Metallurgy Building

Cambridge Metallurgy

Cambridge, UK
Passive Chilled Beams

Completed in March 2013, the Materials Science and Metallurgy building at the University of Cambridge is one of the highest performing laboratories in the world.

The construction of the facility has bought teams together into one singular building, instead of dispersed across other campuses. Doing this has helped provide additional closer collaboration across teams.

The building, valued at £34 Million (UKP), was supplied with Frenger's range of Passive Chilled Beams to provide building occupants with high levels of Thermal Comfort.
