Located in Brisbane's central business district, 123 Albert Street, which is set to undergo a $50 Million (AUD), offers 27 levels of commercial office space, with eight levels of on-site secure car parking as a benefit for building occupants.
Various parts of the building was inspired by Albert Street's unique green spine. The circa 1,604m² building was awarded a 5 Star NABERS energy rating.
Other benefits considered by the project for the building occupants was on-site end-trip-facilites, easy access to nearby retail and restaurants, and the use of our highly energy-efficient Passive Chilled Beams.
